Furniture Assistance Program
Our Furniture Assistance Program provides essential household items to families facing unexpected hardships. Applications are processed in the order they are received, subject to funding availability. To apply, please review the guidelines and complete the application. You can apply in person at Old Town Mission (116 E. Pinal Street in Cottonwood).
Items from the Mission Thrift Store are available only after approval from Old Town Mission. No exceptions. Approved applicants will be contacted to schedule a selection time at the Mission Thrift Store.
Clients may receive assistance twice a year, provided they meet the program's eligibility requirements. This program is designed for people experiencing unforeseen circumstances. It is not intended for furniture upgrades.
Eligibility includes: recently acquired housing, furniture damaged by natural disaster, significant changes in living situations, and emergency needs. Applicants must provide proof of address and reside in Cottonwood, Cornville, Sedona, Clarkdale, Camp Verde, Jerome, Rimrock, or Lake Montezuma.
